None of the foregoing parties shall be liable for any third-party claims or losses of any nature, including, but not limited to, lost profits, punitive or consequential damages. You agree that eDirection Classifieds shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Service.

eDirection Classifieds makes no attempt to edit or change any ads, and cannot be held responsible for damages due to derogatory statements, or other damages of this sort.

Users agree to indemnify and hold eDirection Classifieds and its affiliates harmless with regard to loss or damage experienced through use of this system.

eDirection Classifieds reserves the right to remove or edit any advertisement for any reason.

If you are adding a link to your website in any listing and the listing is not a featured listing, it is mandatory to add a link to http://www.edirection.com or your listing URL at edirection in your website on any web page. Failure to do so will result in deletion of your listing or link. We are enforcing this policy due to misuse of our FREE services by some users.
