duties: under the direction of the business manager;
plan, proper gate and care for flowers, ornamental plants, trees, shrubs and general ground cover.
keep exterior grounds, parking lots, and patios neat, clean, and presentable to the public at all times.
when necessary, supervise the work of outside contractors.
care for equipment and grounds keeping systems and recommended repair/replacement of same.
track usage and request reorder of all supplies, chemicals, fertilizers, ect. used in conjunction with grounds keeping functions.
