all our notebooks/laptops have thoroughly been evaluated and tasted by experts.we strive on quality and to serve you better.all our notebooks have limited warranty. 4 months for labour and 2 months for parts and components.the whole unit and every part of it is covered, even the battery.batteries are guaranteed to be chargeable and hold the charge for a period of time. however, it is impossible to know the exact amount of time. all battetries are only covered with dead on arrival (d o a) warranty.
to request for warranty services,call 240-667-2306. we will first try to remedy the situation. in most cases a simple solution is at hand. if we determined a warranty service is required, we will issue a return material authirization (r m a ) number.any returned item without an authorization number will not be accepted.
warranty will be void where:-
the buyer mishandles and damaged the loptop.
the buyer takes the laptop to a repairer other than us for maintainance within the period of warranty.
the original parts in the laptop have been tampered with.
