    There could be a possibility that all the mails have been going into the Bulk Folder of your mailbox. Hence, you have been losing on all the important mails including intimation mails regarding the messages that you have received, changes / modifications that have occured on the sites, introduction of a new feature and these could have made a world of difference to your matrimonial pursuit.

    Listed below are few simple steps that you need to follow to ensure that all the mails sent by edirection.com are always received in the Inbox of your mailbox only.
    For Yahoo Users
    For Hotmail Users
    For Other Email Users
     
    Details for Yahoo Users
    To ensure that you do not miss on important emails to your Yahoo Inbox, please follow the steps provided below:
    1. Open your Yahoo mailbox.
    2. Choose Mail - Options (Given at the right corner).
    3. Choose Filters under the Spam section.
    4. Click on the "Add" button.
    5. Now, from the "If all of the following rules are true..." section use - From header : Choose contains from the options provided.
    6. In the box available next to it type @edirection.com

      From header:     match case

    7. Finally, from the "Then..." section at the bottom use - Move the message to : Choose Inbox in the Choose Folder option.

      Move the message to:

    8. Click on "Add Filter" button.
    A filter has been created successfully. You can come back to your Inbox by clicking on "Mail" button on top left.
     
    Details for Hotmail Users
    You can set filters so that mails from specific accounts are always received in your Inbox. Here's how you do so::
    1. Sign-in to your Hotmail Account.
    2. Choose the Options link from the top right
    3. Click on the "Mail" tab from the left panel.
    4. Click on Custom Filters link.
    5. Now you need to click on "New Filter" button.
    6. Click on the Advanced Filter link provided.
    7. In the Step 1. Filter Criteria section, select From Addr from the first drop-down menu, contains from the second drop down menu and in the box provided beside it type @edirection.com

      If

    8. In the Step 2. Folder section, select Inbox

      Deliver these messages to the following folder:
      Inbox

    9. Click on "OK" to set filter.
    A filter has been set successfully. You can click on the "Mail" tab on top center to go back to viewing your mails.
     
     
    Details for Other Users

        You are requested to check out links such as "Options / Preferences / Mail Manager / Settings / Mail Filters / Filters" which would have options by which you would be able to change the settings or set filters by which the mails having the Phrase / From header as "@edirection.com" would be Redirected / Send to your Inbox at all times.
